Any clarifications and corrections to the call for purchase offers or extension of the period for submitting purchase offers during the competition will only be published on this website.

Any clarifying questions regarding the call for purchase offers and its object must be sent by email by (Thu) 2.10.2025 at 16:00 to asuntotonttitiedustelut@hel.fi(Link opens default mail program)
The email must be titled ”Hintakilpailu, kortteli 20074”.
Answers to questions sent by the defined deadline will be published on this website. The aim is to publish the answers no later than (Thu) 23.10.2025.
Offers must be submitted by (Thu) 6.11.2025 at 12.00 by the latest
Please submit your purchase offer and a report on your general eligibility requirements and prevention of the grey economy by (Thu) 6.11.2025 at 12.00 to the City of Helsinki Urban Environment Division information desk. Write ”Jätkäsaari, Hintakilpailu, kortteli 20074” on the envelope and address it to the City of Helsinki Urban Environment Committee.

The City recommends delivering purchase offers personally to the City of Helsinki Urban Environment Division information desk.
You can also send the purchase offer by post, but please note that the sender is responsible for the offer arriving within the defined deadline.
