Apartment building plot, Yliskylä, key money competition

The City of Helsinki will lease the apartment building plot (AK) 49056/15 in Yliskylä, Laajasalo, based on an open competitive bidding process.

The plot is leased for the construction of unregulated, non-subsidised owner-occupied housing.

The competition is based on a one-off payment of an additional supplement to the land lease, known as key money. The City will lease the plot to the tenderer offering the largest amount of key money under the conditions specified in the call for tenders.

Any clarifications and corrections to the competition programme or extension of the period for submitting offers during the competition will only be published on this website.

Any clarifying questions regarding the competition must be sent by email by (Thurs) 27.8.2026 at 16:00 to asuntotonttitiedustelut@hel.fi. The email must be titled ”Kynnysrahakilpailu, tontti (AK) 49056/15”.

Answers to questions sent within the defined time period will be published on this website. The aim is to publish the answers no later than (Tues) 8.9.2026.

Offers must be submitted by (Thurs) 17.9.2026 at 12:00 by the latest

Please submit the offer and a report on the tenderer’s general eligibility requirements and prevention of the grey economy by (Thurs) 17.9.2026 at 12:00 to the City of Helsinki Urban Environment Division customer service information desk. Please write the following on the sealed envelope ”Kynnysrahakilpailu, tontti (AK) 49056/15”
