Consolidating programme packages
The consolidating programme packages bring together existing programmes and update them where necessary to align with the strategy. The consolidating programme packages are the environmental and climate package and the transport package.
Renewal programmes package
The renewal programmes are also linked to the implementation of the strategic priorities of the City Strategy. The renewal programmes include the objectives to prevent segregation; the objectives for growth, skills and vitality; the Maritime Helsinki action plan; and the More Beautiful Helsinki programme.
Established programmes package
The established programmes package consists of statutory programmes and the City’s own programmes that are updated every council period of office and have established preparation and decision-making procedures.
