The borough liaisons increase the equal provision of services among city residents and their ability to see the city through other people’s eyes. They promote and support diverse participation in matters related to resident participation.
The borough liaisons support dialogue and collaboration between city residents, communities, and employees. This often includes building networks and bringing people together. The borough liaisons are also involved in the different phases of OmaStadi participatory budgeting.
