Exercise counselling for the elderly

Exercise counselling is intended for people over the age of 64 who are not sufficiently active and require support and encouragement to increase their physical activity.

Exercise counselling provides you with support in adopting a physically active lifestyle. You will meet with a sports expert and together you will come up with ways to increase your physical activity that you find pleasant.
