Pukinmäki, office and commercial plots

The detailed planning of Pukinmäenranta was started in early 2023. The detailed plan proposal will be made available for viewing in March and April 2025. As part of drafting the detailed plan, a competition seeking operators for the commercial plots of the southern section of the area will be arranged.

The office plots included in the competition are located in the southern part of Pukinmäenranta, in the immediate vicinity of the junction to Ring I. The objective of the competition is to find implementers for the plots and to ensure that the solutions in the detailed plan are effective. The drafting of the detailed plan is scheduled so that clarifying changes can be made to the detailed plan on the basis of the solutions proposed by the winners of the competition, taking into account the other boundary conditions of the City.

Competition period

The competition period is 20 March–22 May 2025. Please submit applications and proposals by 12 noon on 22 May 2025.

Any clarifications and corrections to the call for purchase offers or extension of the period for submitting purchase offers during the competition will only be published on this website.

Submission of the applications and proposals

Applications and proposals are to be submitted as PDF files by email with the title ‘Pukinmäenrannan toimitilatonttien tonttihaku’ to  yritystonttitiedustelut@hel.fi(Link opens default mail program)by the competition deadline at 12 noon on 22 May 2025. A download link can be sent for large files.
