Plot for residential low-rise housing 49005/19, Laajasalo, Price Competition

The City of Helsinki is launching a price-based competition to sell residential low-rise housing plot (AP) 49005/19 Laajasalo. The plot has a building right of 400 m² gross floor area and is located at Kanavamäki 2c.

The plot is being sold for the construction of unregulated non-subsidised owner-occupied housing. The plot will be sold to the highest bidder under the terms listed in the call for purchase offers.

Any clarifications and corrections to the call for purchase offers or extension of the period for submitting bids during the competition will only be published on this website.

Any clarifying questions regarding the competition and the plot for sale must be sent by email no later than (Fri) 27 Nov 2026 at 4.00 p.m. to asuntotonttitiedustelut@hel.fi.

Answers to questions submitted within the specified time limit will be published on this website. The aim is to publish the answers no later than (Fri) 18 Dec 2026.

The auction ends on Wednesday, 13 January 2027 at 12.00 noon, or two (2) minutes after the latest bid

The plot will be sold through a price competition.

The City of Helsinki will sell the plot to the bidder who has submitted the highest accepted total bid. The bidding competition will be conducted on the Huutokaupat.com website.

The City reserves the right to accept or reject any bids submitted.

Any amendments to the invitation to tender during the bidding period will be published on this website and on Huutokaupat.com. More detailed instructions are provided in the attached call for purchase offers.

The competition ends on (Wed) 13 Jan 2027 at 12.00 or 2 minutes after the latest bid. .
