Answers to questions submitted within the specified time limit will be published on this website. The aim is to publish the answers no later than (Fri) 18 Dec 2026.

The plot will be sold through a price competition.
The City of Helsinki will sell the plot to the bidder who has submitted the highest accepted total bid. The bidding competition will be conducted on the Huutokaupat.com(Link leads to external service) website.
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any bids submitted.
Any amendments to the invitation to tender during the bidding period will be published on this website and on Huutokaupat.com(Link leads to external service). More detailed instructions are provided in the attached call for purchase offers.
The competition ends on (Wed) 13 Jan 2027 at 1.00 p.m., or 2 minutes after the latest bid.
