Apartment building plots, Jätkäsaari, price competition 20072 ja 20073

The City of Helsinki is selling plots (AK) 20072/3 and 4 and plots (AK) 20073/4 and 5 located in Jätkäsaari based on an open competitive bidding process. Plots 20072/3-4 and 20073/5 are being sold for the construction contracting of unregulated non-subsidised owner-occupied housing. Plot 20073/4 is being sold for the construction contracting of unregulated non-subsidised owner-occupied housing and/or non-subsidised unregulated rental housing. The plots will be sold to the highest bidders for each block under the terms listed in the call for purchase offers.

Any clarifying questions regarding the call for purchase offers and its object must be sent by email by (Wed) 5 February 2025 at 16:00 to  asuntotonttitiedustelut@hel.fi.

The email must be titled ‘Tarjouskilpailu, korttelit 20072 ja 20073‘.

Answers to questions sent by the defined deadline will be published on this website. The aim is to publish the answers no later than (Mon) 24 February 2025.

Offers must be submitted by (Tue) 25 March 2025 at 12:00 by the latest

Please submit your purchase offer and a report on your general eligibility requirements and prevention of the grey economy by (Tue) 25 March 2025 at 12:00 to the City of Helsinki Urban Environment Division information desk.  Write ‘Jätkäsaari, Tarjouskilpailu, korttelit 20072 ja 20073‘ on the envelope and address it to the City of Helsinki Urban Environment Committee.
