The fourth round of OmaStadi will kick off in September

The fourth round of OmaStadi will begin with brainstorming proposals during the period of 22 September–5 October 2025.

Support for making proposals and voting for them will again be available on the fourth OmaStadi round at many of the City’s service points, such as the City libraries and the service centres for seniors.

This proposal stage is followed by the next phase, during which the City will assess the feasibility of the proposals and compile cost estimates. The voting phase will take place in spring 2026, after which the most popular proposals will be developed further with city residents to ensure their feasibility. The implementation stage of the proposals will begin in autumn 2026.

OmaStadi is the City of Helsinki’s way of implementing participatory budgeting together with its residents. On this fourth OmaStadi round beginning next September, Helsinki will use €10 million to implement the residents’ proposals.
