Heka, a company owned by the City of Helsinki, is launching a partnership with Colliers to organize apartment viewings. Colliers will organize viewings for some Heka apartments and handle other marketing activities for those apartments.
The first open house viewings in collaboration with Colliers will be held in early April in Laajasalo and Lassila. You can view the available apartments at Gunillantie 6 in Laajasalo on April 8 and April 14. Viewings for the property at Vaakatie 10 in Lassila will be held on April 9 and April 16. Fun facts about Heka apartments
- Heka does not charge a security deposit from residents.
- Heka’s lease agreements are valid until further notice. The period of notice of the lease agreements for residents is one calendar month.
- Pets are welcome in Heka apartments and there is no need to report them separately.
- Heka’s locations have versatile facilities shared by the residents, such as laundry rooms that are free of charge as well as clubrooms and shared saunas.
