City of Helsinki Register Office

The City of Helsinki has a single shared Register Office for the entire City. The Register Office provides information on the processing phases of pending administrative matters and decisions throughout the process.

From 1st January 2024, the customer service of the Register Office is open from 9 am to 3 pm on weekdays.
