Education Division’s service guidance is open all summer Monday–Friday 10 am–12 noon and 1 pm–3 pm. Call us on +358 9 310 44986. Ask us about early childhood education (daycare, family daycare and playground activities), basic education and upper secondary education. We offer guidance primarily by telephone and via the feedback form.

If you need copies of your basic education and general upper secondary education certificates, please call on +358 9 310 86346 or +358 9 310 86638, or email arkisto.kasvatusjakoulutus@hel.fi(Link opens default mail program). To order copies of certificates, please submit the Request for a certificate online form (PDF, in Finnish) or go to the City of Helsinki E-services(Link leads to external service) (log in, go to the Find Services tab and choose Childhood and education).
Stadin AO, Helsinki Vocational College and Adult Institute Admissions Office(Link leads to external service) is open all summer.
