Support with digital services and use of devices while staff are present

Libraries provide personal support with digital services and use of digital devices at times when staff are present.

Every library offers help with the use of various devices, software and online services. Digital support is free and available to all. You can ask for support e.g. with the following:

- Use of a computer, tablet or smartphone
- Use of software, applications and the internet
- Information search
- Use of the library's online services and e-resources
- Use of social media and email
- Use of electronic services

We encourage our customers to learn and experiment. We help customers with everyday digital problems, but IDs and PIN numbers are personal. Furthermore, digital advisers will not make applications, purchases or bank transfers on your behalf. The customer will always be responsible for their own devices and software during the guidance.
