Summer studies in June

Helsinki Upper Secondary School for Adults offers summer studies that are aimed at all general upper secondary school students in city's schools. Lessons are held at Mäkelänrinne Upper Secondary School (Mäkelänkatu 47). The studies include a range of mandatory and advanced studies in different subjects.

Lists of available studies will be added in the city's shared course catalogue on Wilma. The lessons will be held as double lessons between every day, from Monday to Friday. Each course consists of two weeks of teaching (10 x 90 min/course), a course exam and a feedback session.

Summer studies in August

In August, Helsinki Upper Secondary School for Adults organises refresher courses for students who will be taking the matriculation examination in the autumn. These courses are offered as part of Helsinki Online Upper Secondary School’s studies and organised as distance learning. If you wish, you can take the preliminary matriculation examination in person. The studies start at the beginning of August and the lessons will be held in the evening.

The list of courses becomes available and registration opens in April. Course registration is open to all students of the City of Helsinki’s general upper secondary schools, as well as students of Helsinki Upper Secondary School for Adults who are taking individual courses.

Also come and learn in the summer!
