Free and low-cost sports services

Work ability and physical activity go hand in hand. Regular exercise supports wellbeing and capacities and helps maintain the rhythm of everyday life even during periods of unemployment.

Exercise as a means of supporting work ability strengthens physical fitness, improves mood and increases your resources for job search. Even small everyday activity is important – even just short walks or light exercise can help you maintain your work ability.

Getting to know Puhti-sports and regional exercise services

Helsinki's outdoor gyms, waterfront routes and nature trails offer free opportunities to exercise all year round. You can move at your own pace or take part in free guided tours.
