Authorities are increasingly sending mail electronically, and this change also applies to customers of the City of Helsinki Employment Services.
When you log in using strong authentication to an authority’s e-service, such as the Job Market Finland E-services, OmaKela or OmaVero, Suomi.fi Messages will be automatically enabled if you are not already using the service.
After this, you will primarily receive official letters, decisions and notifications via Suomi.fi Messages. You can read your messages securely in the Suomi.fi web service or in the Suomi.fi mobile app. If you prefer to continue receiving paper mail, you can disable Suomi.fi Messages in the service settings.
