Building the employer brand – Tailored coaching helps employers in making their company's strengths visible and building an attractive, international employer image.

The coaching includes an initial assessment and role-specific modules in Finnish, English or Swedish, and supports recruitment, diversity and business culture development. The programme is suitable for SME management, HR staff and key personnel, and strengthens the attractiveness of the organisation.

The Language Coach programme

Support for the multilingual daily life of the work community.

In the Language Coach programme, one of the members of your work community is trained as a Language Coach, a familiar colleague who supports the everyday life of the work community through language awareness.

Language Coaches help clarify instructions, facilitate orientation and support teams in multilingual situations.
