Volunteer raking at Kaivopuisto to be arranged on the first Sunday of November

The City of Helsinki will invite residents to participate in the traditional volunteer raking of Kaivopuisto on Sunday, 2 November from 11 to 15.

On the first Sunday of November, the traditional raking event will be held in Kaivopuisto, where all residents are welcome to rake leaves.

Volunteer work will start at the Kaivopuisto square, where volunteers are requested to gather at 11. Volunteer work will end at 15, but people are also welcome to attend for a shorter duration.

Volunteer will receive guidance and instructions on-site. The city will provide the necessary tools, but it is a good idea to take your own work gloves. Snacks and warm drinks will be available for the first 150 volunteer workers.
