You can already view your health and wellbeing information in MyKanta. The online service now also provides access to information recorded about you during your interactions with Helsinki’s social services. Please note that the MyKanta user interface is currently available only in Finnish and Swedish.

In addition, your client information will continue to be shown in the Maisa customer portal. The social services client information is not yet available in the MyKanta mobile app.

The social services information you can see in MyKanta

  • social welfare documents regarding you, such as decisions, service needs assessments, and plans
  • the starting date of your client relationship
  • the contact information for your designated worker.

Only social welfare records entered after 1 September 2026 will be displayed in MyKanta. You can find the information in the “Sosiaalipalvelujen tiedot” (Social welfare services data) section.

Information recorded by various services, such as services for people with disabilities, services for the elderly and services for families with children, are listed under separate headings.

The “Sosiaalipalvelujen tiedot” (Social welfare services data) section is visible even if you are not a client of social services. In this case, the section states that no information is available.

The client information for social services will become available in MyKanta in stages.
