We are looking for Helsinki residents to join our hel.fi web developer community. By joining the City of Helsinki’s developer community, you can develop the City’s services through an online community. Based on your interests and schedule, you can participate in studies, discussions and testing related to a variety of topics and services.
Feel free to join us; there are already more than 500 residents in the community. We would like to hear about your needs, wishes and opinions as a user of Helsinki’s services. The community uses Finnish, Swedish and English – you can choose which language to participate in. The community is intended for Helsinki residents over the age of 15; we engage younger residents through other channels.
Our community operates on a restricted website that you can log in to with your personal user ID and password. All members participate under pseudonyms. We raffle off GoGift gift cards (which are accepted by hundreds of shops and services) and Helsinki-themed goods among the participants. The participants in the developer community can also take part in service demos and be among the first to try out new services.
