The new Tourist Information Office is located at Aleksanterinkatu 24, in the corner of Aleksanterinkatu and Sofiankatu streets.
The summer information point in the Pavilion on the Lyypekinlaituri pier closed on 30 September 2022. Tourist information points at the Info Container, Helsinki Central Railway Station, and Helsinki Airport have been closed permanently.
