Disc golf is a recreational sport for players of all ages and abilities. Play alone, with your family or a group of friends. It's a good idea to start by familiarising yourself with disc golf etiquette. Some of the courses in Helsinki are open all year round, but the Paloheinä disc golf course will be closed for the winter. Winter maintenance of disc golf courses can also vary.
Disc golf practice facilities and courses are available to city residents free of charge.
