Adopt a monument - volunteering

City residents have the opportunity to adopt archaeological sites and buildings in need of care, and by maintaining a site, they can take part in preserving their cultural environment. Adopt a monument is an activity where communities, school classes, organisations and clubs take over the care of an old monument or structure. You will receive support and guidance from the museum and become part of the preservation of the cultural heritage in the city. An agreement on this is signed with the museum.
