OmaStadi’s voting period is extended until Monday, March 18th, at 23:00. The extension is due to potential slowness and authentication issues on the voting site due to maintenance work in the population information system on Sunday, March 17th, between 6:00 and 15:15.

During the maintenance work, authentication on the omastadi.hel.fi site may not be possible. If the authentication fails, please try again later. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope that as many people as possible vote despite the maintenance.

OmaStadi has become an established practice

Participatory budgeting has become an established practice in Helsinki, encouraging residents to participate and influence the City’s development.

The proposals voted on can be viewed on OmaStadi’s website. All residents in Helsinki who are 13 or older have the right to vote in OmaStadi. Each person can vote on five favorite proposals out of the 698 proposals submitted by residents. The city will implement the proposals that receive the most votes.
