The kiosk spots will be rented out based on open application to companies with a valid business ID. If there is more than one application for one spot, the application offering the higher rental price for the spot in question will be selected. The operator must determine and obtain the permits from authorities required for its operations (for example, permits granted by food control, environmental control or rescue authorities). When the permits are in order, a lease agreement can be signed for the kiosk spot.

Record number: HEL2023-004109
Company name, address, contact person, business ID
Name of the spot, offered rent per season in euros without VAT (year).
The duration of the lease is three years. Minimum rent is EUR 1,000 per year.
The electricity charge is EUR 200 per operating period.
The maximum operating period of kiosks is four months per year between 1 May and 31 August.
