There is a total of 49 newly renovated rental apartments in Jakomäentie 10 B to be applied for.
You can apply for studios, two room and/or three room apartments. You can see the floor plans of the apartments on Heka’s website.(Link leads to external service)
When you are filling in the housing application, specify the details of the apartments on the first page of the application.

Then click ‘Search for free apartments’ and the application shows matching apartments according to the details you have specified. Choose the desired apartments and continue.
The apartments will be removed from the application, when the tenant selection has been made.
