You can now apply for newly renovated Heka apartments.

The apartments contain 1-3 rooms. You can apply for these apartments: 

  • Jakomäentie 10 B, Jakomäki, available from 1.10.2023

The apartments will be removed from the application, when the tenant selection has been made.

When you are filling in the housing application, specify the details of the apartment to be searched on the first page of the application.

In applying details are:

Area: Pohjois-Helsinki

Residential area: Jakomäki

Type of building: Apartment

Apartment type: 1, 2 and/or 3 rooms

Maximum rent € / month: 475 euros (1 room), 710 euros (2 rooms), 845 euros (3 rooms)

Then click ‘Search for free apartments’ and the application shows matching apartments according to the details you have specified.
