Electronic school enrolment on Asti is preferred

Guardians will be able to enrol their child at their local school during the period 5–30 January 2022 on Asti at asti.hel.fi. The service is available in Finnish, Swedish and English.

Due to the current coronavirus situation, it is recommended that guardians enrol their children electronically and avoid a physical visit to the school. However, guardians may also enrol their children by visiting the school on Wednesday 26 January 2022 8:00–10:00 am. If the school operates at more than one location, enrol at the main school. When attending the enrolment event, please adhere to current coronavirus hygiene, safety and mask guidance. Even at the school, the enrolment will bw conducted electronically on Asti at asti.hel.fi.

In some cases, you can only enrol in person at the school: if, for example, your child is starting school a year later or has been granted extended compulsory education. If the child is applying to a school that is not their local school, you must enrol at the school in question.
