There are some technical issues with the callback service for health stations, maternity and child health clinics, dental care, coronavirus helpline and appointment booking for coronavirus vaccine.

Clients may not be able to contact the services by phone and the callback service does not work.

Because of the issues also the chat service for dental care, maternity and child health clinics, social welfare counselling, housing advice services and Senior Info does not work.

Use the electronic services if possible (maisa.fi(Link leads to external service)) or complete a symptom assessment at omaolo.fi(Link leads to external service).

If you want to book a coronavirus vaccination appointment, please do it electronically at bookcovidvaccine.fi(Link leads to external service).

In urgent matters you can also visit the health station. In urgent matters, you can also visit the offices at the dental clinics.

The issues also affect the Medical Helpline (116 117). In case of an emergency, please call 112.
