The aim is for the new facilities to be completed in early 2025.

The new horse stable will replace the recently demolished utility building at Fallkulla Domestic Animal Farm. The finished stable will feature four stalls for horses, a horse washing station, an equipment and storage space, a horse cloth washing and drying room and a toilet.

The stable was designed taking into account the environment of the building site and to fit in with the surrounding buildings. The new stable meets the requirements set for animal shelters.

Construction will begin in April with earthworks, followed by the actual building construction work.

Work at the construction site will take place primarily Mon–Fri from 7:00 to 18:00. The work has been planned to disrupt the operations of Fallkulla Domestic Animal Farm as little as possible but it will however generate some noise and dust.

Rakennusliike Tekson Oy has been selected as the main contractor.
