Parents and guardians invited to respond to customer experience survey on schools in May

We are collecting feedback from parents and guardians through a customer experience survey between 11 and 17 May. Schools will send links to the survey to parents and guardians via Wilma. By responding to the survey, parents and guardians can influence their children's school day.

Parents and guardians of children attending City of Helsinki schools now have the opportunity to influence their children's school days by responding to a customer experience survey. Parents and guardians will receive a link to the survey via Wilma in May. The deadline for responding to the survey is 17 May 2026.

The survey is an online survey, which means you can complete it on your smartphone, computer or tablet. Completing the survey should only take a few minutes. The responses will be processed confidentially and anonymously, and the responses of individual parents or guardians cannot be differentiated.

You can complete the survey in the following languages: Finnish, Swedish, English, Estonian, Russian, Somali, Arabic, Spanish, Chinese, Kurdish (Sorani), Bengali and Farsi.

The survey link is school-specific, so if you have children in different schools, you can receive multiple messages and respond to the survey separately for each school.

Complete the survey to make a difference

This year's themes are community and inclusion, learning and learning support, and wellbeing and safety. By responding to the survey, parents and guardians have the opportunity to influence how the themes are developed in the City of Helsinki Education Division.

The survey is carried out by the City of Helsinki Education Division. If you have any questions about the survey or answering it, please send an email to kasko.asiakaskokemuskysely@hel.fi(Link opens default mail program).
