The client information of clients of Meeting Place Services and new clients of Family Mediation will be available in the Maisa service from 1 December 2025 onwards.
We are introducing the Apotti client and patient information system and the associated Maisa client and patient portal.
In the future, we will primarily send our decisions on meeting place services via Maisa. If you do not use Maisa, we will send your decisions by post.
The introduction of Maisa will not change how you access the services; you can continue to access them in the same way as before. For more detailed information, please visit our web pages at hel.fi/meeting-place-services and hel.fi/family-mediation.
