Circular economy is an opportunity both to increase innovation and business and to promote climate objectives. In addition to the City, the participants of the City of Helsinki’s Circular Economy Cluster Programme include companies, research institutions, institutions of higher education and other partners.
The Circular Economy Cluster focuses on construction in particular, as the City of Helsinki plays a strong role as a client, developer and builder. Together, we promote the testing, development and piloting of innovations linked to circular economy in a genuine operating environment.
