Respond to the survey and influence the preparation of the City of Helsinki's procurement principles

Helsinki is updating its Procurement Strategy 2020 and turning it into the City’s procurement principles. The aim is for the new procurement principles to be ready in spring 2026. The City is hoping to receive survey responses from a wide range of groups, including residents, people in positions of trust and businesses.

The preliminary themes and objectives, or procurement principles, have been developed on the basis of different perspectives and the City's strategic objectives. Please share your views and opinions on these preliminary principles. New ideas and thoughts are also welcome.

Based on the survey responses, the initial themes and objectives will be refined into a set of procurement principles for the City of Helsinki. The preparation process also involves drawing up measures related to the principles and indicators for monitoring them.

Please respond to each question specifically from the perspective of your organisation and/or role. If the objective that a question pertains to is not relevant to your organisation and/or role, please respond with “En ota kantaa” (“No opinion”).

The survey responses are anonymous and will be processed as such. Because of this, your survey responses are not saved, which means that you cannot return to them and continue responding later. Please reserve approximately 5–10 minutes to respond to the survey.

The survey will remain open until Friday 20 February at 12.00. You are also free to share the link to the survey with potential respondents who have an interest in procurement development.
