Assistance with filling out a housing application will be available by appointment only starting from 1 October. If you need help with filling in a housing application, editing your application or renewing your application, you need to book an appointment.
You can book an appointment by contacting the rental apartment advisory service by phone or visiting Työpajankatu 8. Appointments are available from Monday to Friday when the customer service in Työpajankatu 8 is open. Please check the opening hours on our website.
Please prepare for your appointment by reading the instructions for applying for housing and think about what kind of apartment you need (for example, which areas are suitable, what size apartment you need, what is the maximum rent you can afford). Please take with you information needed for the application, for example personal identity codes of all your family members, ID, residence permit etc.
You can still visit Työpajankatu 8 without booking an appointment if you are identifying yourself for confirming the application or bringing attachments on paper.
