The separate project grants for Alppipuisto Park are intended to support the organisation of a varied and high-quality series of events at Alppipuisto Park in Helsinki during the 2027 summer season. The grants are aimed at providing local residents with a variety of artistic and cultural content and promoting the use of Alppipuisto Park as a venue for communal events. We also encourage new organisations and event concepts to apply for the grants.

A series of events has been organised at Alppipuisto Park during the summer season for several years now. The events, which have been free of charge, have attracted a wide range of visitors of all ages. The 2026 series of events was organised by the Live Music Association ELMU ry, Funky Amigos ry, Perinnearkku ry, the underground music and art association Original Pranksters ry, HELride Collective ry and Kulttuurikameleontit ry.

The total amount of grant funding earmarked for the 2027 series of events at Alppipuisto Park is approximately EUR 80,000. The grants are being awarded as part of the City of Helsinki’s arts and culture project grants, and applications must be submitted using the project grant application form available in the City of Helsinki’s online grant application service. The application deadline is 7 December 2026 at 16.00. The grant decisions will be made in early 2027.

An information session on the separate project grants for Alppipuisto Park will be held on Teams on 26 November 2026 at 15.00. We look forward to seeing you there!
