Advice services without appointment will be centralised to the Kamppi service point
The walk-in advice service – i.e. the lobby service – at the Itäkeskus service point (Asiakkaankatu 3A, 00930 Helsinki) will be closed from 1 July to 31 August 2026.
If you need advice in July or August but do not have an appointment, please come to our Kamppi service point at Malminkatu 34, 00100 Helsinki.
Customers with appointments will be served as normal
Although walk-in advice services will be centralised to the Kamppi service point for the summer, customers with booked appointments will be served as normal at all service points and via the telephone service throughout the summer.

Ohjaamo opening hours
Ohjaamo in Kamppi is open to people under 30 at Fredrikinkatu 48 on weekdays at 12.00–16.00.
However, the holiday period does affect the availability of services and experts on site.

The Thursday Stoa Library pop-up point in Itäkeskus will take a summer break after Midsummer week (week 25 starting on 15 June). Ohjaamo will return to Stoa Library on 20 August 2026.
Exceptions to employer client telephone advice service opening hours
The telephone service for business and employer clients will be open from 29 June to 31 July 2026 at 9.00–12.00

The telephone service provides guidance and advice on matters such as:
recruitment and availability of labour
- recruitment of candidates from among jobseekers in the capital region
- international recruitment and EURES services
- financial support for employers
- labour market issues
- change security.
Helsinki-info services in the summer
Helsinki-info’s telephone service, chat service and service points at International House Helsinki and the Stoa Cultural Centre will be open as usual throughout the summer.

The Helsinki-info service points at Central Library Oodi and the Kamppi service point of the Employment Services will be closed for the summer from 19 June to 2 August 2026. The Helsinki-info at the Itäkeskus service point will be closed from 19 June to 31 August 2026.
Customers will be served as normal at the Kamppi and Oodi service points from 3 August 2026 onwards and at the Itäkeskus service point from 1 September onwards.

Our International House Helsinki service point will be closed for the holidays from 29 June to 3 July 2026.
