Lifts in Kamppi Metro Station ticket hall to close on 5 February

The lift connection in the Kamppi Metro Station ticket hall on Fredrikinkatu will be closed on 5 February, when the ticket hall will be completely taken out of use. The lifts will remain closed for about a year due to the ticket hall being dismantled.

With the closure of the lifts in the ticket hall, Kamppi Metro Station can only be accessed via shopping centre Kamppi Helsinki. 

The alternative lifts and escalator to the metro station are located on the shopping centre’s E level, in the area between the bus terminal and K-Supermarket. The ticket hall to be dismantled will be replaced by the Kamppi Health and Well-being Centre, which will also provides access to the metro station.  You can follow the progress of the construction site online at www.yit.fi/kampinthk(Link leads to external service) (in Finnish only).
