The Kamppi Family Centre will open in the centre of Helsinki at Malminkatu 3 F on Thursday, 7 October.
The family centre offers a wide range of services under one roof for children and young people aged 0–17 and for expecting families.
”The Kamppi Family Centre is already the fourth family centre in Helsinki. Previously, family centres have been opened in Itäkeskus, Vuosaari and Kallio. We are excited to get such comprehensive family services also to Helsinki city centre”, says Anna-Kaisa Tukiala, Project Manager of the family centres.
The family centre offers services for children and families under one roof, ranging from preventive services to special services. The family centre allows the creation of a service entity tailored to the client’s needs.
Services of the Kamppi Family Centre:
• Maternity and child health clinic
• Home services for families with children
• Social guidance for families with children
• Speech therapy for children
• Psychologist services for the maternity and child health clinic
• Upbringing and family guidance services
• Occupational therapy for children
• Physiotherapy
• Preventive oral health care services for children
Three maternity and child health clinics will move
The Kamppi Family Centre will provide the maternity and child health clinic services to families of the current Töölö, Laakso and Viiskulma maternity and child health clinic areas. We warmly welcome the clients of the moving clinics to the Kamppi Family Centre.
However, if a client wishes to visit another clinic of the city, it is possible.
