Speed bumps will be added on Kanneltie and an extended footpath built by Runopolku.
Shortening the crosswalk, adding speed cushions, and the new extended footpath will improve the safety of pedestrians. The current crosswalk on Kanneltie by Vanhaistentie will be removed.
The alterations will cause local changes to pedestrian, cyclist, and motor vehicle traffic. The work area will be fenced and the routes signposted.
The work is carried out on weekdays from 7:00 to 16:00. The work will be completed by the end of October 2025. The contractor is VRJ Etelä-Suomi.
