The service centres of Helsinki will remain closed until 28 February 2022. The service centres were closed on Tuesday, 28 December following the intensification of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The client helplines of the service centres are open normally. The phone numbers of the service centres are available on the website of each service centre at www.hel.fi/palvelukeskukset

“The coronavirus situation in Helsinki has deteriorated rapidly and requires us to take action. Unfortunately, we will have to continue to keep the service centres closed at least until the end of February,” says Seija Meripaasi, Director of Hospital, Rehabilitation and Care Services.

Information on the coronavirus situation is available on the City of Helsinki’s coronavirus website.
