The facilities will be leased based on an open call directed to companies with a valid business ID. If there are several applications to one site, the applicant paying the higher rent will be selected. The operator must determine and acquire the necessary permits issued by the authorities (these may include permits issued by food control, environmental control or rescue authorities). Once the permits are in order, a lease agreement may be signed for the site.

The lease period is three years. The minimum rent per year is EUR 1,000. An electricity fee of EUR 200 will be invoiced per operating season.
The operating season for the kiosks is up to four months each year between 1 May and 31 August.
