Coronavirus vaccinations for under school-aged via maternity and child health clinics' time booking

Starting from Monday, 28 March, coronavirus vaccination appointments for children under school age can be booked by telephone via the maternity and child health clinics' time booking on +358 9 310 55530 (weekdays from 8:00–14:00).

Also, it will soon become possible to book a vaccination appointment via Maisa at maisa.fi. We will announce separately when the appointment booking via Maisa will be available.

Coronavirus vaccinations for children under school age are given at the Malmi and Pitäjänmäki Maternity and Child Health Clinics and the Itäkatu and Kallio Family Centres. You can find the location and opening hours of the maternity and child health clinics and family centres here.

Children under school age (5–7 years) are given the first and second doses of the coronavirus vaccine.

Vaccination of children requires the permission of all guardians. The consent can be given with this form.

Vaccination requires a valid form of ID

In order to get a vaccine, the child’s identity must be proven, for example, with an ID card or Kela card.

Children aged 5–7 will get the Biontech-Pfizer Comirnaty vaccine intended for this age group. More information on vaccines is available on the THL website.

Vaccination is voluntary and free of charge.
