Due to the COVID-19 situation, the Urban Environment Division’s customer service at Työpajankatu 8 is only open by appointment until 31 January. During this time, customers are mainly served online and by phone.
Remote services are used to ensure the continuity of operations and the health and safety of staff and customers, as the number of people infected by and exposed to COVID-19 has increased. The decision is in line with the guidelines of the Metropolitan Area coronavirus coordination group.
