Applications for City subsidies submitted through eServices
Organizations active in Helsinki can apply to the City of Helsinki for subsidies. Primarily applications should be submitted electronically on the City eServices website asiointi.hel.fi, from which they move into the City applications processing system.
Asiointi.hel.fi contains all City of Helsinki electronic forms used to apply for subsidies. The forms are accompanied by an explanation of their purposes. Electronic application is the primary method of applying for City subsidies.
Secondarily, subsidy application documents can be delivered to the City of Helsinki Registrar’s Office. The documents should be addressed to:

Applications to be submitted by end of application period
In case an application has not been submitted by the end of the application period, the application is considered to be late. Application documents submitted by mail shall be delivered to the above address by the end of the application period, and a postal stamp indicating a date within the application period is not accepted. Applications cannot be submitted by email.
Applications submitted late, and incomplete applications not completed by the due date despite a request to do so, are rejected. A subsidy for one and the same purpose can only be granted from one and the same source.
