The customer satisfaction surveys will run from 26 February to 11 March 2020.

The Helsinki upper secondary school customer survey evaluates the quality of services and operations

The students are asked about their experiences of counselling and the organisation of teaching, learning environments, operating culture and guidance. In the guardian survey, the questions concern cooperation between home and school, support in planning and advancing studies, and the student’s work load. The results of the surveys will provide the City’s upper secondary schools with valuable information for further development of operations.

The online surveys will be open from 26 February to 11 March 2020 and can be answered in Finnish, Swedish or English. The surveys will primarily be answered through the Wilma system.

Answers will be processed confidentially, and the answers of individual respondents cannot be differentiated. The survey results will be presented to the students and guardians during spring 2020.

In both surveys, all respondents who also submit their contact details will be entered into a prize draw for one EUR 100 and three EUR 50 gift cards for Helsinki Adult Education Centre or Helsingfors arbis courses and 10 Helsinki cloth bags. The surveys are being conducted in collaboration with Digitalist Group.
