Always wear a face mask on public transport

HSL Helsinki Region Transport reminds all public transport users that face masks must be worn when travelling by public transport unless unable to do so for medical reasons. Remember also to follow other safety instructions when travelling.

HSL consistently receives customer feedback raising concerns about people not wearing a face mask. Currently, on average 80 per cent of passengers wear a face mask on public transport.

In addition, ticket inspectors and security guards may ask passengers to wear face masks if necessary.
