The City Board has decided to appoint Anniina Kitula as the new President of the Financial Management Services public enterprise (Talpa). Kitula holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration, a Master’s degree in Social Sciences and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She will start work on 1 November.
Instead of paper invoices, it is now possible to receive invoices from Financial Management Services using various electronic methods – choose the one that suits you best! Please note that we can only deliver invoices addressed to you using one electronic service at a time.
From now on it will be possible to receive invoices from the City of Helsinki Financial Management Services not just as paper invoices and e-invoices, but also as direct payments or delivered to Posti’s OmaPosti service.
In the OmaPosti service, you can receive all invoices, electronic letters and payslips. In case you are using the OmaPosti service already by Posti, Talpa (City of Helsinki’s Department of Financial Management Services public enterprise) will send all invoices to you according to the settings you have set in the OmaPosti service.
The City Board must consider the financial statements of the financial year before the end of March the next year. The financial statements must be presented to the City Council before the end of June.
