YTVs executive board members decided to put into operation the procurement actions of the Waste Fired Power Plant. The procurement actions are estimated to take about a year and during that time will be decided the partners in cooperation, the method of implementation, and the possible placement of the plant. The YTV is in process of doing an environmental impact assessment (EIA) in four optional placements in the Helsinki metropolitan area.
